Share Market Kya Hai? - Beginner's Guide 2026

Hum aksar news mein sunte hain—"Aaj market crash ho gaya," "Sensex 900 points gir gaya," ya phir "Harshad Mehta ne stock market se raaton-raat karodpati banne ka safar tay kiya." Lekin sach baat toh ye hai ki bohot se logon ke liye Share Market aaj bhi ek mystery bana hua hai.

Agar aap bhi sochte hain ki Share Market aakhir hai kya aur ye kaam kaise karta hai, toh ye article aapke liye hi hai.

1. Share Aakhir Hota Kya Hai? (Ek Simple Example)

Video mein speaker ne "Mr. Sharma" ka ek bahut badhiya example dekar samjhaya hai.

Imagine kijiye ek businessman hain, Mr. Sharma, jinki ek company hai "Sharma & Co." Jiski aaj valuation 100 Crore rupaye hai. Company achha perform kar rahi hai aur Sharma ji apne business ko badhana chahte hain (expand karna chahte hain).

Is expansion ke liye unhe 50 Crore rupaye ki zarurat hai. Ab paise jutane ke unke paas do raaste hain:

Investor dhundein: Koi bada ameer aadmi jo unke vision par bharosa karke paise de.

Public ke paas jayein: Yani aam janta ko company mein hissedari (ownership) bech dein.

Jab wo dusra raasta chunte hain, toh wo apni company ki valuation ko chote-chote tukdon (parts) mein divide kar dete hain.

Example: Unhone 1 Crore shares banaye aur har share ki keemat ₹50 rakhi.

Jab public in shares ko khareed leti hai, toh Sharma ji ko unke 50 Crore mil jaate hain aur public ko milti hai Company mein Hissedari (Ownership).

Fact: Share ka matlab hi hota hai "Unit of Ownership." Agar aapke paas kisi company ke shares hain, toh aap us company ke chote se maalik hain.

2. Isse Paise Kaise Bante Hain?

Ab sawaal ye aata hai ki agar aap company ke maalik ban gaye, toh kya company ka profit seedha aapke bank account mein aayega?

Jawab hai: Nahi.

Video ke mutabik, paise kamane ke mainly 2 tarike hote hain:

Capital Appreciation (Price Badhna): Maan lijiye aapne ₹50 ka share khareeda. Agar company achha kaam karti hai, profit badhta hai, toh logon ka bharosa badhega. Future mein wahi share ₹60, ₹70, ya ₹80 ka ho sakta hai. Jab aap use bechenge, toh wo difference aapka profit hoga.

Dividends: (Halaanki video mein ispar zyada focus nahi tha, par ye company ke profit ka wo hissa hota hai jo share holders ko kabhi-kabhi diya jaata hai).

3. Share Market aur Stock Exchanges

Jaha hum sabzi khareedne 'Sabzi Mandi' jaate hain, waise hi shares khareedne aur bechne ke liye Stock Exchanges hote hain. India mein do bade exchanges hain:

BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange): Ye Asia ka sabse purana exchange hai. Isme 5,000 se zyada companies listed hain.

NSE (National Stock Exchange): Yaha trading volume bahut zyada hoti hai aur badi-badi companies yaha trade karti hain.

Note: Aap seedhe BSE ya NSE se share nahi khareed sakte. Aapko ek Broker (jaise Zerodha, Groww, Angel One etc.) ke through jaana padta hai jo aapke aur exchange ke beech ek "middleman" ka kaam karta hai.

4. Market Upar hai ya Neeche? (Sensex aur Nifty)

News mein hum jo sunte hain ki "Market gir gaya," wo humein kaise pata chalta hai? Iske liye Indices (Indicators) hote hain:

Sensex (Sensitive Index): Ye BSE ki Top 30 Companies ki performance ko dikhata hai. Agar ye 30 companiya achha kar rahi hain, toh Sensex upar jayega.

Nifty 50: Ye NSE ki Top 50 Companies ka index hai.

Agar Nifty ya Sensex hare nishaan (green) mein hain, toh market achha hai. Agar laal (red) mein hain, toh market down hai.

5. Trading ke Types: Kya Aap Trader hain ya Investor?

Day Trading (Intraday):

Yaha aap subah share khareedte hain aur market band hone se pehle (3:30 PM) bech dete hain.

Risk: Bahut high hota hai.

Lifestyle: Ek Day Trader ko subah jaldi uthkar global markets dekhne padte hain, 9:15 se 3:30 tak screen ke saamne baithna padta hai. Ye bahut stressful aur disciplined kaam hai.

Scalping: Ye bhi day trading ka hissa hai jaha kuch seconds ya minutes ke liye share khareeda jaata hai.

Position Trading (Long Term):

Yaha aap shares ko lambe samay ke liye hold karte hain (kuch mahino se lekar kuch saalon tak).

Isme roz-roz ke price change se farak nahi padta, balki long-term trend dekha jaata hai.

Conclusion: Aapke Liye Kya Sahi Hai?

Agar aapke paas time kam hai aur aap long-term wealth banana chahte hain, toh Position Trading/Investing sahi hai.

Agar aap ise full-time career banana chahte hain aur high risk le sakte hain, toh Day Trading seekh sakte hain.

Ye video ek series ka pehla part tha, jisme basics clear kiye gaye hain. Investing shuru karne se pehle apni research zaroor karein!

Insurance ki basic knowledge

The Complete Guide to Insurance: Shielding Your Financial Future Insurance is often mistakenly viewed as merely the money received upon death or accident. In reality, it is a crucial agreement designed to shield your and your family's financial goals from unexpected risks.
